Who can apply?Performers of all backgrounds, styles and abilities are welcome - aerialists, dancers, cabaret, burlesque, magicians, comic and performance artists. We’re looking for strong stage presence, commitment, and performance quality.
Do I need to audition?Yes. All performers must apply online to submit an audition.
This ensures the show is cohesive, safe, and professionally curated.
Why do I have to pay to audition?Audition fees help cover the real costs involved in running professional auditions. Paying to audition also ensures a committed applicant pool and allows us to deliver a well-organised, fair, and professional audition process for all performers. Your audition fee includes a video of your act on the show day for those successful.
Do I need prior cabaret experience?No, Cabaret experience is helpful but not essential.
Strong performance skills and confidence on stage are key.
Are there age restrictions?
Yes. Performers must be 16 years or older to audition for this show. Minors under 18 must have a parent or guardian’s consent.
Is this a paid opportunity?If you are entering as a professional performer, this is a paid performance opportunity. You will be asked to submit your act fee as part of the audition process, if successful a contract will be sent to you for the single event.
What level of commitment is required?Selected performers must commit to rehearsals in their own time,
its important your act is well rehearsed for show day.
We run a full rehearsal of each act on the show day to ensure correct lighting and troubleshoot any unforeseen issues.

Can I submit a solo or group act?Both solo and group acts are welcome and encouraged!
If auditioning a group act, please choreograph your act on 1 rigging point.
Do I need my own costume and music?Yes. Costumes and music should suit the theme and be stage-appropriate. Music will be requested as an MP3 File.
What if my act uses aerial equipment or props?Please include full details in your audition application.
Props are encouraged however we request nothing messy or wet.
We encourage you to BYO aerial apparatus as you will be most comfortable on your own equipment however we do have equipment for hire if required. Safety checks and approvals are required for all apparatus and props.
