Our Class Levels
Intro
Brand new to aerials. The perfect starting point if you’re completely new to aerials — no experience, strength, or flexibility required.
Designed for beginners, these classes focus on learning the basics in a safe, supportive and welcoming environment. You’ll be guided step-by-step through fundamental skills, simple shapes, grips and movements while building strength, confidence and aerial awareness.
Level 1
Building confidence in the air - designed for students who are ready to move beyond the basics and start feeling truly comfortable in the air.In this level, you’ll focus on learning and refining wraps, key aerial positions, and controlled transitions, including your first upside-down skills.
As your strength and confidence grow, you’ll begin building an impressive library of foundational aerial skills that set you up for future progression.
Intermediate
Our Intermediate Level classes are for students who have been training consistently for 6–12 months or more and are ready to take their aerial practice to the next level. At this level, students can comfortably tuck through, sit on the apparatus, hold an inverted straddle, and perform basic drops with control.
Classes build on these foundations by introducing more complex sequences, dynamic movements and transitions that demand strength and precision.
Advanced
Our Advanced Level classes are for experienced aerialists who are keen as a bean and ready to tackle the spicy, scary, and seriously impressive skills.Students at this level have typically been training for several years. Expect advanced wraps, complex sequences, dynamic drops, creative transitions, and high-level strength work — yes, even if frowning and groaning the whole time!
These classes challenge both the body and the mind, pushing control, endurance, and artistry. There’s a strong focus on clean technique, safe risk-taking, and developing personal style and performance quality.
All Levels
Our All Levels classes are designed to bring everyone together — no matter where you’re at in your aerial journey.
Our amazing coaches have been doing this for a long time and are experts at adapting class to suit each individual. If you’re more experienced, you’ll be challenged with harder skills or extra strength work to keep things exciting. If you’re newer, you’ll have the space and support to take your time wrapping your brain (and body!) around the fundamentals.
All Levels classes allow us to meet everyone where they’re at, while keeping the studio inclusive, dynamic and connected. It also means friends of different experience levels can train together, hype each other up, and learn side by side in a fun, supportive environment.
